How was the universe created?
It wasnt, space and energy has always existed. Materiality simply came to be because of how energies interacted, then came compounds and cells and animals and stuff yk.

What are souls?
Souls are beings of another dimension that carry soul energy, they are connected to a body in the physical world and they control it via the next thing im about to explain.

How does conciousness work?
Brain activity is created by leaking a small amount of soul energy, this is done by all humans naturally and is the principle of how souls control their body. This is also why the best method for stopping a spell is to kill someone. This is also why someone with no soul energy remaining will be knocked out.

The average human cant keep his conciousness all day, they need to rest and regenerate the lost soul energy, this is called sleeping. When sleeping humans dont leak a lot of soul energy into the world, instead they are closer to being considered just a soul, this is why gods choose to communicate with souls while their bodies are sleeping, they can do this without interfering with the physical world.

Do gods exist?
